Preparation Time
We require at least one day’s notice prior to an event to allow us enough time to prepare your order. In cases of emergencies, we’re happy to review events with less than the minimum notice requirement but this is not guaranteed and depends on location, product selection and our availability.
Customisations & Special Requests
The items on the above Catering Menu are in stock and easy for us to manage with one day’s notice but we frequently receive requests for Customisations & Special Orders. We review these on a case by case basis based on our scheduling and a fair assessment of our ability to meet our client’s expectations.
We will always require a minimum of three days for exceptions to the above menu as it requires us to source products and place orders from our suppliers .
